Les Rover 200 Coup\u00e9 et Cabriolet sont toutes deux bas\u00e9es sur la plateforme Rover 200 \/ Honda Concerto, mais diff\u00e8rent assez sensiblement. Le cabriolet d\u00e9rive \u00e9troitement de la 200 \u00ab\u00a02 portes\u00a0\u00bb (Cette derni\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 parfois appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0coup\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb sur certains march\u00e9s, pour ajouter \u00e0 la confusion). Le coup\u00e9, d’un dessin totalement in\u00e9dit et tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussi, est sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 Rover et ne partage aucune pi\u00e8ce de carrosserie avec les autres membres de la famille 200\/400. A noter qu’\u00e0 partir de 1995, la d\u00e9nomination \u00ab\u00a0200\u00a0\u00bb dispara\u00eet pour bien d\u00e9marquer cette s\u00e9rie des berlines.<\/span><\/p>\n
