Curieux destin que celui de la Renault Fuego. Succ\u00e9dant (tardivement) aux Renault 15\/17, ce coup\u00e9 est unanimement lou\u00e9, lors de sa pr\u00e9sentation, pour sa ligne moderne et \u00e9l\u00e9gante, son confort, ainsi que son appr\u00e9ciable volume int\u00e9rieur (L’habitabilit\u00e9 est la m\u00eame que celle d’une Renault 20 !). Mais tr\u00e8s vite, au bout de quelques ann\u00e9es seulement, les ventes vont s’effondrer, les critiques pleuvoir et la Fuego restera longtemps \u00ab\u00a0la voiture de gar\u00e7on-coiffeur\u00a0\u00bb… La carri\u00e8re de ce mod\u00e8le va donc s’arr\u00eater pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment au mill\u00e9sime 1985, m\u00eame elle perdurera jusqu’aux ann\u00e9es 90 en Argentine gr\u00e2ce un restyling sign\u00e9 Alain Cl\u00e9net (oui, l’ex-fabricant de r\u00e9pliques kitsch !).<\/span><\/p>\n
